Do I need an appointment for an eye test?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:30pm. You can also call or WhatsApp 0810 835 3955 to book a time and skip the wait.
How long does it take to get prescription glasses?
After your eye test we fit your lenses quickly. Most prescription glasses and lens replacements are completed with a fast turnaround, depending on the lens type you choose.
Can you fix or replace lenses in my existing frames?
Yes — we offer professional lens fixing, lens replacement and frame repairs to restore your eyewear quickly, whether or not you bought the frames from us.
